Whenever I go to some certain tabs, or other applications on my computer, there is a blue/green thin line down the side of my screen, and I fear this may be a driver issue. I know it's not a monitor issue, as the line appears only on some certain things. Does anyone else have this issue, and if so, does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks in advance.

Update: I updated windows, and updated my AMD drivers to it's most recent update, yet the line is still appearing. I'm assuming it's a hardware issue now, although it's odd that the blue line only appears on certain occasions.
