Which CoD game? Has it released in the last 5 years?
The R9 390 is end-of-life. The last driver was in 2022. There won't be any updated drivers.
The GTX 1060 is actually a newer card. (2016 vs 2015)
its bo6 and i used my 1060 to build my friend a pc mw2 dmz works but i cant get bo6 to work
Oh yeah, CoD BO6 released just a few months ago.
The R9 series of graphics cards predate the RX - and the RX 470 is listed as the minimum for that game. It's likely a driver issue and unfortunately since the R9's are all legacy at this point, there won't be any newer driver releases.
