I just got a Vega 64 Nitro yesterday, i've been trying the global wattman setting for undervolt.
What i notice is, for example: i'm trying to see if my card would stable at 1600mhz, so i put the frequency in State 7 at 1600mhz, however the card will only go to 1560mhz. But if i set the frequency at 1642mhz the card will go to 1600mhz.
so basically i have to add +40mhz to get the frequency i want.
Is this normal ?
