So i bought my first pc a month ago. After i built it i wanted to play some games but after playing for 5-20 minutes my game freezes for 10seconds and then crashes. I contacted amd and they advised me to do a BIOS update. So i did a BIOS update and i didn't crash for about a week. Now i got the exact same problem again does does anyone know the cause of this issue? the temperature shouldn't be the cause because i've never seen it go above 65°c.

Have you run event-viewer to look back for a critical crash log before the crash happens?

1. used tm5/y-cruncher to check your ram.

2. if you can find BSOD dump file, you can verify if this is the same problem describe here:
