Valorant has been crashing and saying it's a driver issue. It doesn't crash my entire PC, just the game itself. I'm on a brand new prebuilt and haven't tried running any other games, so I'm not sure if the issue happens with other games as well. I've checked that all my drivers are updated and even tried rolling them back, but nothing's working. When I check device manager, I have this error in the events tab. Any thoughts?
I have a Ryzen 9 7900x and a Geforce RTX 4070.

Ignore that error, that's not the problem.

You only see that on driver install. 

You would be gaming on the 4070, so the game driver error lies there. 

Troubleshoot on the geforce forums.

currently having the same problem with this right now I also have a ryzen 9 7900x and 4070. have you found a solution?
