I'm trying to play an older game that has in game physics tied to frame rate. both FRTC and Radeon chill are limiting the fps to 62 rather than 60. not only that, but this game which should have no problem being run at a consistent 60 fps. (its a 2d fighter that was released on steam ages ago) is also going below the minimum target fps while in game, ONLY when i limit fps in radeon software. When I use RTSS (rivatuner statistics server) to limit fps instead, these issues disappear completely and I seem to get a noticeable decrease in input latency. my system is a ryzen 5 3600 with an rx 6650 xt, and a b450 gaming plus max.
please keep in mind as well I've had 2 gpus (both nvidia) before this in the same system and have not faced these same issues.
