Freezing when entering fullscreen

Hi, i just got a new monitor, LG 24GQ50F-B and i have the following problem. If i enable the FreeSync Premium from my monitor settings, every time I enter in fullscreen on a video on youtube, or every time I alt-tab from desktop/discord to a game that is in fullscreen, I have a freeze for 1-2 seconds, i can hear everything, even my mouse that is moving but my display is frozen. When I disable FreeSync Premium and I enable the 1ms mbr from my monitor settings, I didn't experienced this issue, only with the FreeSync enabled.

 

Should I play without it enabled? Because I kinda liked it with the freesync enabled. The thing is that I had no problems with an older monitor that had freesync.

 

I tried updating the graphics driver but it didn't help with anything. My specs are: i5 11400f, RX 6600XT, 16gb ddr4 ram

I have the same problem running discord streaming, the screen goes dark on the monitor as if it had been turned off but I still hear sound from discord and the game, if I press alt + f4 I return with the screen in windows, another thing I noticed, if I I try to change the monitor's hertz from 144 to any other, the screen goes black too!, what I did was using a dp cable, I switched to hdmi and there was no more problem, however, I believe because I'm not using freesync "I use Nivdia" can anyone help us please???
