FreeSync Stuck at 144Hz on Forza Horizon

FreeSync failed on the Forza horizon 4，Can you fix this stupid BUG? There has been this problem since version 20.5.1. Haven't you noticed it for 4 months?

Please，fix it OK？This problem is really annoying,No matter how FPS changes, 144Hz refresh rate still lock

I'm currently using the 20.5.1 HWS version, which is the last version that works properly with FreeSync in FH4
