Fluid motion frames 2 not working on city skylines 2

Fluid motion frames 2 isn't working on city skylines 2 although it did work at first. I have a RX 6800xt and the newest drivers installed, fmf2 works great in most games and I have no problems but I can't get fmf2 to work in city skylines 2. I have the game in Fullscreen mode and v-sync turned off but it still doesn't work. I've reinstalled the drivers many times and still nothing.
Working for me. You inspired me to download this since I love SimCity! I turn off AFMF2 and only get 42 FPS. With it on I'm getting 97-103 FPS. I have a 6900 XT running 24.10.1 drivers.
