Fallout new vegas / fallout 3 / Oblivion Still crash and flickers
The problem was never fixed; I'm still experiencing crashes and flickers every time... it's been more than a year now.

This looks like a LOD problem, not a driver one. Distant objects can flicker in and out of existance depending on how far you are away from them, especially in this game engine, are you at maximum details in your settings?

I reinstalled NV (steam) & 3 (epic), no issues like your vid.
Using 25.1.1 driver.

It doesn’t happen every time. Play a little longer or restart the game 4/5 times.

I just restarted the game, no issues at first. I walked around the strip, and after 20 minutes, the problem appeared when I left the strip.

That's the problem with auto-updating drivers, if you need to go back, there is no install file. I don't suppose they are in your amd directory? Or does AMD have older drivers downloadable somewhere? I'm having an issue with fallout 4 atm (https://community.amd.com/t5/pc-drivers-software/adrenaline-22-6-1-and-windows7-vs-windows10-color-m...) which won't let me play in fullscreen. I had the 22.2.1 drivers on windows 7 and they worked, by the windows 10 version is giving me grief...

I don’t auto-update my drivers; I always use DDU and then manually install the updates. i've allaready tried older version and same thing since the "fix" from last year

Sounds like to may have to download a bunch of them and see how far back you have to go to find the last good drivers. I'm in the same boat I think.
Is it the adrenaline software itself or are you just installing the drivers through the device manager? Either could be the issue perhaps.

I've already tried going back from version 24.11 to 24.6, but it doesn't change anything between 24.5 and 24.1. The game crashes when I click 'Play,' and before 24.1, the transparent textures are broken when using anti-aliasing.

**bleep**, that's a pain. I may have to rethink my option of working backwards and just play in windowed mode. 🙁

I didn't type **bleep**, it seems like I'm being censored for saying **bleep**, which is more offensive than what I said.

I solved my issue, it's a windows 10 thing, I turned off the full screen optimization on the fallout4.exe file and it's fine now. Frigging Microsoft...

Nice, but no luck here. It doesn't change anything.
