AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D : TPM 2.0 enabled but not showing on WIN10 for WIN11 update

Hi,

I got AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D on ROG STRIX B650-A GAMING WIFI.

I just activated the TPM 2.0. in the BIOS as mentionned to upgrade to WIN11.

But it is not showing activated on WIN10 so I can't upgrade.

Is my processor KO ?

Do I need to use my warranty to change it ?

Thanks you

There is more than just TPM needed to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

BIOS UEFI.

CSM disabled.

TPM enabled.

Secure Boot enabled.

OS drive GPT.

Hi,

Thanks for your response.
You're right, there is multiple conditions to upgrade.

dTPM is activated on BIOS but not showing in Windows that means that my OS doesn't recognize it and I will not be able to upgrade...

So it does not answer to my interrogation

If my AM4 system supports Windows 11 then for sure your AM5 system does.

I listed 5 things to check in BIOS and you are only reporting 1 of those.
