I have tried old and new drivers. I have tried removing all AMD software from the computer with DDU and preventing Windows from trying to install drivers. I have tried installing the drivers through device manager (also get a black screen during installation). I have checked the power supply (all the connectors). When in "safe mode" everything works. I have read that this had been a problem for others as well for some time now. Does anybody have any other solutions?

GPU - MSI Radeon R9 720x 4gb
CPU - i7-4771
RAM - Adata 4gb + 4gb
