Unfortunately, just like my HP ENVY x360 m6-ar004dx with the 9800p; it isn't supported in Windows 11 and there are no drivers. The graphics driver will forever give you Error 43. Just go back to Windows 10. Windows 10 end of life is October 14, 2025. Plenty of time for you to get a better PC/Laptop by then. It'll probably even be extended like Windows 7 was.
For our laptops to work in Windows 11, it probably requires a new BIOS update. HP isn't going to waste their time with one on such an old, unsupported laptop to get it to work for Windows 11.
