Greetings I bought a Samsung Chronos Series 7 notebook which contained an AMD 8870 but I can not find which driver I should install for this card could you help me please?

AMD RADEON GRAPHICS 8870

I Try downloading through the page but when installing the driver and restarting my computer it crashes and I'm forced to do a forced shutdown

The Intel (switchable) graphics must have the latest driver update from Intel support and installed before any AMD driver. Laptop graphics update...How to

** Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 must be fully updated before attempting to install any AMD driver. All 'critical', 'recommended', and 'optional' (no language packs,etc) updates as well as any Service Packs (SP) must be installed before any attempt to install graphics drivers. If you do not get this message .... keep installing until you do:
