Hi! sorry if there is any misspelling since english is not my first leguaje, Im here for help! like 6 months ago my graphic card suddenly stopped working, I dont really remember how it happened but i tried a lot of things, i reinstalled windows 10 a lot of times (i used a pendrive 2.0 so it was no easy) and everytime i installed the drivers it just crashed windows, i discarted the gpu but now im trying to make it work, i used the latest and the earliest drivers offered ind the amd drivers web and none of them works, what can i do?

First more information on your PC and what Trouble or crash errors were you getting.

Easiest way for you to post your replies is first write it in your native language then use Google Translation or some other translation extension or app to translate it into English.

Here is an image of speccy, at this moment there are no drivers installed and I suppose that is why the name of my graphics card does not appear (if you like, I will try to install them and run the PC in safe mode to see if speccy detects it). When I install the drivers, during the installation the screen turns black and when I restart it, just after the Windows loading logo, the screen goes black, but the PC does not turn off
