Hello, I recently started experiencing an issue. I updated to the latest AMD driver (24.8.1), and ever since, the game NBA 2K25 crashes every time I open the web browser on my second monitor. I’ve already reinstalled the driver, and everything used to work perfectly before. I’ve read that some games have been experiencing timeouts since the latest update, but I haven’t found anything specifically about NBA 2K25. Is there anyone here who might know more about this? Hello, i don't know if you've already gotten a solution.

I had the same issue as you and these steps helped me getting rid of it:

1.) I installed this driver: https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/release-notes/RN-RAD-WIN-24-10-37-10.html

I don't know if this actually helped.

2.) If you've got Adrenaline Software installed on your system, do this:

Open Adrenalin -> go to the Gaming tab -> go to games -> click on NBA 2k25 -> under graphics, press on "Gaming Experience" (should be the first thing) -> select Standard.

So all this does is, it deactivates every graphic software optimization tool from AMD for NBA and just for NBA.

As i already mentioned, this helped me and i don't know if this is gonna help you aswell but i hope so.
