I have a rx480 graphics card

I wanted to know

It's better to install the final driver on the number 18.5.1

Or

Optional driver to 18.10.1

Which one is it better to install?

Unless you have to have a WHQL driver I agree with black_zion and would load the current beta 18.10.1. They have corrected numerous issues in the last few beta drivers since 18.5.1 was released. I would suspect that 18.10.1 will have a WHQL version soon.
