I was having issues where after a little while of my pc being on every time i opened something my computer would freeze for like 10+ seconds and it would do it if I did anything like evening switching apps going to restart my pc etc. And i reset my pc and reinstalled windows and i went to download AMD adrenalin edition it says Install(repair). instead of Install(upgrade) like its supposed to. And if i do download it i have the same issue does anyone know if its a hardware issue or driver issue.
