I have the radeon rx 560, the driver I have installed is 18.10.2, i have windows 10 as well, I have tried installing many other versions of the driver but this issue happens to all of them. The issue is that I download and install the driver and then restart, everything runs just fine but then after I shut down and restart a second time it stops running everything correctly and my games run at low frames again, I have no idea what to do and i have found nothing that can really help me, or anyone that has the same issue this has been going on for some time a 3-5 months at least.
