Hello, I haven't had a solution to my problem for a week
When installing the drivers for my video card, my computer crashes, shuts down and does not start
the only way to access is using safe mode and uninstall the drivers
I have used amd cleanup tool, DDU, install windows from scratch, install older versions of windows.
I tried each of the drivers available on the page, I installed them with the factory reset option and the same problem always happens, my computer shuts down at the time of installation and then it enters a windows repair loop. I don't know what to do anymore, I've been researching and trying everything for too long.
I updated the BIOS and the chipset of my motherboard thinking that it would fix my problem but no. If I install other programs the computer works, it only happens to me when installing the adrenalin drivers.
My components are:
Ryzen 5 2600
Asus dual Rx 5500 xt 8 gb
asus b450 m-a II
2X8gb 3200mhz
Corsair cx 550 w bronze plus
