Is your Asus card one of the models with bad cooler mounting.

Was it bought new (from a retailer) or used (had a previous owner).

i bought the card as new from a retailer november last year 

the temps on it as i can see is pretty normal for the card.it is running about 80 degrees 

when i lock into a game the card can crash within 10 min sometimes 3 ours an sometimes i can play a day witout any crashes so i dont think its a heat problem

mb asus prime z590p

gpu asus tuf gaming rx 5700 xt 

psu corsair 850 watt 80+ gold
