Hi! I got a laptop (Lenovo ideapad 5) 2020 And a ryzen 5 4500U with 16Gb ram and 512Gb ssd (Integrated amd graphics i think Vega6) and if i install the latest drivers and aftewards check for a windows update it downloads back a driver that i dont know called (Advanced Micro Devices Version 27.20.11028.10001) I want to install (Adrenalin 23.3.1 WHQL) but if i do it keeps deleting i contacted Lenovo already they said go back to windows 10 thats it but i was and got the same problem im back on windows 11 now but it still wont install any new drivers lenovo cant help me anymore (No one can) so how the heck do i fix this issue? (Earlier drivers would not install either i tried DDU Everything Please help)
