Driver version 23.8.2 (but it also happens on older versions)
The weirdest thing is that it didn't happen to me before I had to do a complete clean windows installation, it only started happening after that
So I have narrowed down the issue a bit, it only happens when I have instant replay and "record desktop" enabled in recording settings, I have it enabled because the instant replay doesn't work for me without it but thats a whole other problem
so with the "record desktop" enabled sometimes when I alt + tab out of games the driver will just crash often resulting in the game crashing as well.
Happens in a lot of games, namely dota 2, league of legends, path of exile, so its not a game specific issue
I have sent out a bug report trough adrenalin as well
