Is it possible to implement that the under the Gaming tab i could add games by simply drag and drop exes or links from desktop/file manager? Or a new context menu on the game exe/link like Add Game to Radeon Settings?

I know of no way to drag and drop. If it is missing a game you want in there you can browse to the game and add it in. You can also re-scan for games I think.

I know, but it would be so much simpler to just drop exes or shortcuts to it, when there is a bunch of game installed, but Radeon Settings doesn't detect them.

I always do clean driver installs, so after those the list always becomes empty and i can add the games again and again thanks to the accelerated driver releases, which is very good by the way, so big thumps up for the driver team

I like drag and drop over file manager menus too. You are correct that it would be a nice new feature if they adopted this.
