Describe your issue:

• On adrenalin 18.10.1 drivers, launching DOOM 2016 in vulkan mode causes a crash to desktop on the second loading screen at "99% loading". It is the loading screen right before DOOM's main menu. There is no crash/error message. Simply I am placed back on my desktop and DOOM closes.
  
• No 3rd party software running. STEAM OVERLAY is disabled.
• I have already verified integrity of game files.
• I have already reinstalled latest vulkan runtime.
• OpenGL WORKS
• Run DOOM as administrator not working
• windowed mode not working
• Only OpenGL is working
• DOOM Vulkan mode Was Working on 18.9.3 drivers and older drivers
• Clean uninstall and install did not work.

loading/working here fine (RX570) but Relive does not - no recording/screenshot

Correction: it's working fine in OpenGL but crashes with Vulkan - affirmative!

Damn Doom is working for you? What Windows build are you on? I'm on Windows 10 1804.

Not sure what else I can do to troubleshoot this

Well, as I found out Doom was in OpenGL mode working fine - tried Vulkan and crash! .. I am on the latest 10/1809 built

Exactly the same issue here.

RX 570 8GB

Asus Z170-K BIOS 3805

16GB DDR4 2666MHz

Windows 10 1809

Uncheck shader precaching under steam settings and DOOM should work!!!
