When you use AMD's generic Laptop Graphics driver most of the time it won't show the exact GPU card Model in your Laptop. It will show either the same family or series. BUT it will be compatible.
Looking at both the 520 and R5 M330 AMD drivers, which both are Legacy drivers and not supported by AMD with updates anymore, shows the exact same AMD driver to download.
Now when you install your HP OEM AMD driver it should show the correct GPU card that is installed and it will be 100% compatible to your HP Notebook.
I would first install the HP OEM AMD Driver first to make sure everything works normally. If it does then try installing the last update driver from AMD download page.
NOTE: Your Intel Drivers MUST first by updated to the latest driver versions. Especially your Intel IGPU Graphics and CHIP Set drivers. Also make sure you have the latest BIOS version installed.
You can use either your own HP Download page auto update feature or you can do it manually or by running Intel's own Driver updating app.
Once you have updated your Intel drivers now install your AMD driver.
follow this simple method of removing your current AMD driver:
Download and run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) with the Internet disconnected. Delete the created AMD Driver Installation folder at C:\AMD.
Once DDU has rebooted back now install first your HP OEM AMD driver and see if it works correctly. If it does then do DDU again and afterward install the downloaded full AMD Laptop driver.
If successful, again delete C:\AMD folder.
I tried everything, i reinstalled my operating system and tired but same thing happenings, don't know if there's any hardware issue
when you reinstalled Windows did you use the Laptop's Restore feature to reset your Laptop back to the way it was when you first purchased it?
If you did a clean Windows installation you probably deleted your Laptop OEM partition to reset your laptop and maybe some other features.
Try running your Laptop's Diagnostic program or go to your Laptop Download page and choose Diagnostics to check your laptop.
After installing Windows again was everything working normally as before except the AMD Radeon Settings problem?
