Is there any way to manually control smart shift? My RX 6800m went from being able to use 170watts to only 148 down to even 120, and the clocks went down. It was on the same game and the same graphic setting. I changed my ram from 16 3200mhz to 64 2667mhz. Could that have changed anything with the way smart shift works with the GPU
