I have a RX 590 that can't keep maximum factory frequency for an year now. I fixed the problem slightly underclocking it, from 1550mhz max to 1450. It worked perfectly like that for an year already. However, recently I got a new SSD and did a clean installation of windows. I downloaded the driver, installed it, restarted, and then went to adjust clocks. And everytime I underclock it a bit, my pc crashes. It takes some seconds to up a minute to crash. And I already know that my GPU isn't able to work at the standard clock, and there is no way to underclock it on BIOS. What do I do???
