After update to latest 2020 driver the game stopped working. It shows loading splash screen and then closes itself without any error. Game worked just fine on previous ver of driver.

I did clean driver uninstall with DDU, changed settings to default, no effect. Game works on 2019 adrenalin drivers, doesnt work at all on 2020.

I have the same problem with Radeon RX 480, Windows 10, Ryzen 5 2600

Same, and actually some of the newer Koei Tecmo games crashed on launched too (like Dynasty Warriors 9 and Warriors Orochi 4).

I'm having the same problem with NIOH. It just crashes to desktop immediately after i launch the game. Already submitted a feedback and ticket to AMD. Have you guys found a fix yet?

tengo exactamente la misma configuracion que vos y tengo los mismo errores, con la version anterior de drivers no tenia ningun problema, cuando actualiza a la adrenalin 2020 edition me surgieron estos problemas:

*todos los juegos que tengo crashean al iniciar (counter-strike global offensive , GTA V , Ghost Recon BreakPoint, Battlefield 4, etc,  )

*el control de ventiladores se volvio loco, pasa de 0 a 60% en un instante

*google chrome me consume 60% de la grafica cuando estoy mirando un video en youtube a 1080p

*las teclas de acceso rapido son demasiadas y no se pueden modificar, con 1 sola es suficiente ya que te podes mover entre los diferentes apartados del software

Same.Hope this does not take too long to fix. After 2 hours of trouble shooting, uninstalling, re installing, disabling cloud saves and deleting local data. I was going to reformat until I found this thread.

Same problem and it still exists in 19.12.3 released today. Running a Vega 64 here.
Problem is resolved reverting to 19.12.1 released December 2nd.

Same here. DOA 6 just won't launch like it did before the new patch. Is there a way to go back to the older version?

So right now, it doesn't load when I click on the DOA6 icon...

At-last they directed it to internal team for further investigation.

I recommend to DDU and use last Adrenalin 2019(with overlay disabled for good) before they fix issue.

Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.1.1 Driver Version 19.50.11.05 (Windows Driver Store Version 26.20.15011.5007)

Done testing after DDU and it was crashed. Installed 19.12.1 directx 64 bit library and it was not crashed.

I have filed a ticket with driver engineering for this issue. We reproduced it and it should be addressed in a future driver update.

The latest driver also causes Dragon Quest Builders 2 and Atelier Ryza (possibly other Atelier games to crash), hopefully the new driver also fixes those as well.

That's expected as the fix for this issue was not included in the 20.1.2 driver.

Please check the release notes of a future driver release for confirmation of the fix.

Pleased to report that the recently released 20.1.3 drivers have fixed the issue with Dead or Alive 6. So far I haven't had any issues on my Vega 64 with this game or others I am currently playing.

*no me tira pantallasos negros en csgo, gta v, ghost recon ni bf4

*los ventiladores no se vuelven locos

*el consumo no se dispara cuando juego o miro videos en youtube
