I'm using a GTX 1660 6GB graphics card and a Ryzen 5 4600G CPU, but when I play Valorant with low settings, I only get 100 FPS
Okay, nice to know, but can you add more details to your issue like what you have tried to do fix the problem? Any errors pop up?
Your PC information including Make & Model and Windows and AMD & Nvidia Graphics driver versions installed.
Go to this website which will give you a general idea of the type of FPS and Bottleneck you will experience with your PC Hardware: FPS & Bottleneck Calculator
That website will show various FPS for various games and resolutions. You then can compare to your own gaming FPS to determine if it normal or not for your PC.
Just input your CPU, GPU, & RAM installed.
Also have you checked to see if Valorant is being run by your Nvidia GPU card or by your IGPU?
Go to Windows Settings - Graphics and make sure you choose Valorant game to run on your GPU card and not your IGPU.
If it is running on your GPU card then I suggest you open a thread at Geforce Nividea Forums and asked them there.
Have you tried doing that? There is no ryzen 5 4600G CPU in the website you sent me
Stand corrected. You are right. for some reason the R5 4600G is not showing up instead it is showing the mobile versions of the 4600 processors.
Found another FPS Calculator website that does include the 4600g but not sure how good it is.
My CPU is only operating at 60% while playing, and my GPU is at 35%. Meanwhile, I need my FPS to be above 240. How can I achieve that?

Did find this one website that has the Ryzen 5 4600G and GTX 1650 Super showing the FPS in Valorant: https://pc-builds.com/fps-calculator/result/0Zp15d/1W/valorant/
I've tried all the methods, and when I enter the game, my FPS still hovers around 100-140fps. It seems like I've almost exhausted all options.
First you never mentioned if you ever reached above 100 FPS in Valorant in the past.
If not it could be due to hardware limitation. Having good fast and at least 16GB of System RAM will help your FPS in gaming.
I would open a thread at Nvidia GeForce Forums since you are using a Nvidia GPU card and see if anyone else is having the same issue as you are.
If you truly followed all the steps in the various links and still only get 100 FPS then it sounds like a hardware limitation or possibly a Nvidia Graphics driver issue.
