I playe The Division 2 for a couple hours and noticed this was in my Game Explorer. I have no idea what it is and searching windows doesn't find anything.

Pass, what info shows in profile properties or the browse button?

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

I had that once..it was a game or a app I had deleted previously but something remained. On a new graphics driver installation, it also picks up my Opera browser. I just delete the profile.

I just discovered it is a duplicate of Anthem for some reason.
