Hello! I got an AMD E1-2100 CPU. 2 Cores, 2 threads, 1.0 GHz. It has the AMD Radeon HD 8210 graphics.
My problem is, I installed Windows 10 64 bit, it was going smoothly.. Well, as smooth as it can be with that CPU.
Anyway, after the IGPU driver installed, the whole computer would lock up for about 1 second, unlock for 1 second, lock for 1 second, and just continue on for.. Well... Ever. It never stopped freezing/stuttering.
This freezing happens no matter what is happening. For an idea, when I use Task Manager, it is at ~20%, then it freezes, and then unfreezes, and the CPU spikes to 100%. It does this about 30 times per minute.
I am using the latest 27.20.20913.2000 drivers. I also tried to use DDU from Wagnard soft in Safe Mode to delete them. And manually install the drivers, twice. And that gives me the same problem.
By the way, in Safe Mode it runs fine. And it also runs fine with the drivers uninstalled. I also tried turning the transparency setting in Windows off, and that didn't do anything.
