Compiling shaders after every launch - RX 6600 - Fortnite DX12
Every time I launch Fortnite, it has to compile shaders again. It only does this when you join an experience and this means you lose out on the first few minutes. Consequent games in that session work fine.
While there are many experiences in Fortnite, I've been testing with Battle Royale.
Radeon RX 6600
AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition 24.12.1
Fortnite 33.11 with DirectX 12
I haven't changed any settings in AMD Software and the issue has occurred for as I've had this graphics card

I have the same issue using Directx 12. Switching to Directx 11 seems to solve the issue although overall performance seems slightly lower.

Do you have RX6600 also with the same driver? Does it still persist after turning off your computer and playing again?

Same issue brother. Same GPU, same driver Hope AMD has an answer to this. It really gets annoying.
