clinfo.exe shows no GPUs when a display is connected through PCI VGA adapter
Windows 7, driver 18.1.1, 2xRX550 cards. It becomes OK when I remove PCI (not PCI-E!) adapter from the motherboard, but I prefer to have one installed because I connect an old VGA display to it.
