Catherine Classic - infinite loading screen

I have a problem with the game Catherine Classic.

I cant get past the loading screen using my AMD GPU it get stuck at the loading screen.

I have an Intel integrated GPU that works with the game but I want to use my AMD one.

I have the latest version for the game - version 1.3.

I have the latest drivers as well.

My AMD GPU is Radeon 530.

Yes it is a laptop.

Dell inspiron 17 5000 series.

Intel GPU is Intel UHD 620.
