Cannot install amd driver.  I have the last windows 10 complete with all updates. Only I cannot install the AMD GPU driver..  With 40% installation, my screen goes black and the computer crashes completely. 
When i switch the off computer and restart it, it will no longer enter windows and chraches. I have tried various versions of the AMD drivers.

Can you try the driver above? Also, the PSU may not be enough. If possible, test your GPU on another system.

Your power supply is probably not enough. If possible, buy a powerful PSU (min. 750W with Gold Cert).

I bought one today
