I am using an Acer Nitro 5 AN 515-42 with a Ryzen 7 2700U vega 10 and Radeon RX 560X. The Radeon Settings app has already updated my drivers on both GPUs, but I cannot find drivers for the CPU. The AMD website, on the Drivers& Support section only has links to Radeon App download. The CPU driver version I am currently running is from 21/04/2009, version 10.0.18362.113. I need help please, there are also no drivers provided by Acer.

If that's the driver that is shown in Device Mngr > Processors. ignore the old date (it's MS driver system) as the important number is the 18362 (ref. to current build 1903).

If you look through any number of devices drivers you may also see older dates on some.
