Can't find a driver or some way to make Radeon R7 graph get upgraded

I am seeking a driver or method to improve the performance of games as Roblox, my Radeon R7 graphics card appears to be insufficient for Roblox's requirements. I unsure how to upgrade, replace or obtain a driver to enhance its performance. I have been searching for two days and would appreciate any guidance on this matter.

R7 is not enough info, is this a laptop/desktop processor with R7.

If so, what model is the processor.

A12 9700 7th generation? I don't understand what you mean by processor as I'm new to this

But it is a Inspiron 15 5565 Dell laptop, 7th gen A12 9700, with AMD Radeon R7 Graphics

That would be the A12-9700P laptop processor model with integrated R7 graphics.

The last & final graphics driver for that is from June 2022.

Go to https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html

Type the processor model in the search box to find the driver for download & install.

I have followed the steps and attempted it 3 times before. It resets my laptop, continues to download, and once I restart the laptop, it does not work. Additionally, it still will not allow me access the app downloaded onto my laptop. Is the current version not supported?

Sound like you are either trying to use the 'auto' tool, or trying to run the download.

You need to download/save the full driver package, then install it from your downloads folder.

There are no newer drivers for that product.

I assume there is no other graphics card in your laptop.

I look all over through the files (My disk > AMD > Radeon Software Legacy) and I don't seem to find how to continue updating it or finding a way to get into the app period. Is it not supposed to either get me the driver, or is it just an app, if so then yeah, I cannot find any way to. Radeon 7 Graphics alone maxes my gameplay at 2 fps, or literally not run the game at all.

I am really confused.
