Having the same issue here. I updated my drivers after cyberpunk came out but when I went back to blender, eevee is broken. This is the current state of my scene, a model of a rifle I have been working on. It looks almost like when you fall out of the world in a game, with ghost images left trailing behind in the silhouette of the models.

A smaller portion of the scene (pre update) looks how it should. I hope this can be resolved soon.

Do the viewport shading with Eevee and then go to Render Properties > Performance and check High Quality Normals.

It works perfect, I imagine that before it was activated by default and now they deactivated it and now it must be activated manually in each render. But so far it works perfect.
