Black Screen (No Video Input) - But desktop audio is still heard

System:

Graphics Card:
GIGABYTE RX 570 8GB

Desktop or Laptop System:

Operating System and Version:
Win 10 64bit 20H2

Driver Version:
Radeon Software Version 21.10.2

Displays:
LG W1643C 1366x768 @60hz HDMI to VGA Adapter
Philips 200V4Q 1920x1080 @60hz DP to VGA Adapter

CPU:
Ryzen 5 3600

Motherboard:
GIGABYTE A320M S2H V2 Version F51

PSU:
FSP HyperK 500W

Memory:
HyperX Fury RGB 3200Mhz DDR4 CL16 2x8GB

Issue:
My display randomly crashes and says it has no video input. It usually happens while I play video games (as far as I can remember). And, I can still hear game audio and interact with the game. I have to restart to get the display to work again.

The first time it happened, the audio glitched and my display went black as I was playing F1 2020. Every time it happened and I restarted I got a "The Version of AMD Radeon Software You Have Launched Is Not Compatible with Your Currently Installed AMD Graphics Driver" error. I fixed that with a remove and reinstall of Radeon Software. Now, I still crash but the desktop audio is normal but my screen blacks out.

Hope you guys can help me, cheers!

The first thing i would do is get a decent PSU, the one you have is cheap and not good..

Get at least 650w and gold rated.. Corsair, Seasonic etc..

Your PSU is the most important part of your build, so spend good money on it..

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x, Asus Tuf Gaming RX 6700 XT, Asus TUF Gaming x570 Plus, 32gb G.Skill TZ neo 3600mhz, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, Lian Li Galahad AIO 240mm, Antec Titanium 1kw.
