Black screen in games in full screen mode on rx 580. The games work stably only in window mode. The problem appeared immediately after the purchase of a video card.
My system: rx 580 Windows 10 64bit The driver version installed is 19.5.2. Processor ryzen 5 2600 Power supply Aerocool VX 650W 16GB installed memory Monitor Acer Nitro VG240Ybmiix. When you turn on the games in full screen mode, a black screen appears, and in the window everything is fine.
