I've been having this issue with my MSI R9 390 lately. During games and even minimal load on Windows 10 desktop (Firefox and Spotify open for active programs), the black screen crash has been occurring. I have the basic driver for the card installed without the AMD Software, and MSI Afterburner installed to decrease core clock and increase fan speed, the black screen crash is still occurring. I have tried every combination that I can think of (AMD Driver and AMD Software, AMD Driver and no other software, AMD Driver and MSI Afterburner, Windows Installed driver and no other software, Windows installed driver and MSI Afterburner) AMD NEEDS to fix this for users!!!
I have already decided to switch to Nividia when I can, but they have to fix this issue for other users.
