Is there a permanent page where beta drivers for AMD video cards appear? I haven’t seen beta versions on the driver download page for a long time; only the final versions are posted. I want to constantly install beta, but I can’t always find out when such drivers appear.

Well that depends, you can sign up for newsletter/driver notifications (option when choosing full driver pkg with clean install.)

Or being a 'Vanguard' tester (supposedly strict criteria to join & NDA), then there are other forums that access drivers through insider builds (never post any issues on this forum if you use them).
