Hello,
I recently installed a VGA ATI Radeon 4650 on my PC with specifications:
- i3 4160
- 4GB DDR3 RAM
- 128GB SATA SSD
- ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB
- Windows 10 Pro 22H2 Superlite Spectre
The problem is that every time I install another VGA, for example the GTX 1650 that I recently installed on a different PC, the VGA will appear on the performance tab in Task Manager, so I can monitor its resource usage. But currently, there is no ATI Radeon 4650 there.

But when I ran dxdiag, I found this VGA was detected on the display with the amount of VRAM that matched the specifications.

How do i solve it?
