Hello. When I used the Adrenaline driver 24.5.1 or earlier, both monitors work correctly. Immediately after installing the 24.6.1 driver, artifacts appeared on one of the two monitors. I rolled back the driver to 24.5.1 and continued to use it all this time. Now I decided to update to 24.8.1 and the problem appeared again. There is a pattern. I have 2 identical monitors that are connected with two identical HDMI cables, but one of them is connected via a DP adapter because the video card has only one HDMI port. Artifacts appear on any of the two monitors that I connect via the adapter, but the problem only occurs with drivers version 24.6.1 and newer.

Additional information. I checked how it would work with a third hdmi cable and bought 2 more hdmi-dp adapters, also checked the connection to different video card connectors. As a result, 3 hdmi cables, 3 adapters and 3 dp video card connectors were checked in all possible connection configurations and the problem persists everywhere and looks the same. Connection is not a problem. Only drivers starting from version 24.6.1

Just get my new 7700xt and after installing drivers it artifacts a lot in every game, this is because of new drivers and it looks every card now has that problem watch that -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKpQEF0g74M&ab_channel=JegsTV- that is video of compearing 3 videocards 4060ti 7700xt and 6800xt- if u look at ghost of tsushima and baldurs gate 3 u can see all 3 NEW GPU artifacting a lot- no way to fix that for the moment and no hdmi will help- alsou can undervolt but not sure it gonna help ya.
