I am constantly having this problem, I can use applications sometimes, other times the screen just goes black and when everything returns to normal ... A message appears saying what it says in the title, that access to the graphic hardware has been blocked .
I bought the NEW card 1 month ago.
It is a Raedon RX590 Fatboy 8GB Gaming.
I have all the updated drivers, Windows also, the license is original and I have formatted the computer 4 times.

By the way! When this error occurs ... In the application window the AMD Adrenaline application appears to have been opened about 3 times.

Please, if someone has the solution ... I will greatly appreciate it, because I have looked everywhere and nowhere can I find answers.

Try a clean install using DDU in safe mode:

Ok, I'm getting really tired of this. I had not spend 200€ to get this errors that with a Nvidia GeForce 630 I didnt have. I have tried EVERYTHING and no one from AMD helps me, when the quarantine is over I'm going to refund this Raedon RX590
