I have the same blank icon with only one of my games, Battlefield 1. Not a functionality problem. Everything works fine. But woud be nice to know where this comes from. I think the blank icon appeared after I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Maybe an icon cache problem with Adrenaline, but I can't locate it.
