A week ago I installed a Windows 11 update, version 24H2, and after restarting the computer, I got an error about the AMD Ryzen driver because it could not be loaded on this computer. I have never had this error before and I am afraid that something might happen to the graphics card.
The error message indicates that the AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys driver is failing and the message is "A security setting detects this as a vulnerable driver and prevents it from loading. You will need to adjust the settings to load it."
I have already contacted Microsoft service and none of their solutions have worked, such as downloading the updated drivers from the official AMD website.
My graphics card is an AMD Ryzen 7 4800H.
I hope you can help me solve it.
