AMD software on surface

Hello, I tried to install AMD Master on my surface laptop 3 (amd ryzen 5 with windows 10), but, I got this error : "Error 182 – Radeon™ Software Install Detected AMD Graphics Hardware in Your System Configuration That Is Not Supported With This Software Installation"

Here's more info on the error you're receiving Error 182 | Unsupported AMD Graphics Hardware | AMD

Also, you might need to use a third party tool such as Ryzen Controller if you want to tweak settings on mobile.
