When I right-click on my desktop, I can click on "AMD Radeon Software" and I get a message popup that says "The version of AMD Radeon Software you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed graphics driver. Please check your system for another version of Radeon Software that may currently be installed. A factory reset of your Radeon Software installation is recommended." I have done the factory reset, reinstalled and updated the driver, and then the software will work. When I turn off and turn back on my computer the next day, I get the same message.
specs are NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 laptop GPU and an AMD Ryzen 9 5900hx, windows 10 64 bit
Please did anyone find a real fix? HELP! and I also saw the issues fixed in the new and software, 21.7.1 notes! should I go and install that? hope it works as I don't want to factory reset my pc again and again, please! any suggestions?

You must update the Nvidia graphics and the Amd graphics
This is my laptop, i tried to update all drivers but the next day same error for AMD as in the above image!
So from your specs, you don't have an AMD Radeon graphics card installed, only Nvidia, is that correct.
If so, go to Programs and Features locate any Radeon Graphics software and delete, you do not need it
Deactivate network card + Windows Update and set device installation settings to no. In safe mode with DDD delete all AMD / Nvidea graphics drivers / monitor drivers, restart and install, then restart and install the previously saved Katalyst software, if graphics card and driver are correctly displayed in the hardware, activate the network card. The procedure prevents the automatic installation of Microsoft drivers.
